EMPUJAR Program trains for employment to young people between 17 and 20 who are in the final year of public high school.
During seven months, students attend classes from Monday to Friday 3 hours a day and turn against the school schedule. The content modules offered by the program are:
- Job Skills Module: development of skills and tools that strengthen and condition of employment such as training classes and personal development, values, self-awareness, career counseling, CV arming, training in job interviews, job search, etc. .
- Module of expertise: teaching technical content such as logistics, safety and hygiene, administration, sales, customer service, etc.
