Personal Data Protection
The Law on Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 25,326) is a rule of public policy that regulates the activity of the databases that record personal information. Its purpose is to ensure people control the use of their personal data.
The holder of personal data is entitled to exercise the right of access to them for free at intervals of not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to be credited under the provisions of Article 14, paragraph 3 law No. 25,326.
NATIONAL ADDRESS PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, Body Control Law No. 25,326, has the authority to address complaints and grievances that are filed with respect to the breach of the rules on personal data protection.
